A dialogue between editions and vintages
After the tension and generosity of Grande Cuvée 173ème Édition came the layered vitality of Vintage 2000, followed by the stricter precision of 2011. The 2011-based Grande Cuvée 167ème Édition showed especially beautifully how Krug creates harmony from a span of time broader than a single year; Rosé 29ème closed the sequence with spice, freshness and depth.
