My first visit to Bruno Paillard quickly became a deep dive. Founded in 1981, this independent family house presented purity, terroir and ageing potential not as theory, but as a consistent series of practical decisions.
The same cuvée, three moments
Three releases of Première Cuvée Extra Brut traced the work of time with particular precision. The energy of the 2019 base, the harmony of 2015 and the developed depth of 2010 all retained the house’s taut, elegant line.
