I always arrive at Pol Roger with a particular sense of anticipation. This time, we also explored the new production facilities: modern precision had not overwritten the maison’s understated elegance, but given a new framework to the patient philosophy I also look for in the wines.

Three wines, three horizons in time

The tasting revealed the house’s full arc. The energy of the newly released Rosé Vintage 2019, the depth of Sir Winston Churchill 2018 and the mature complexity of the Brut Vintage 2004 Vinothèque showed, side by side, how Pol Roger builds for the long term.
